■Title：Translating MELK Biology into Clinical Strategies for Aggressive Breast Cancer
■Abstract：Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) and inflammatory breast cancer (IBC) are
　　　　　　aggressive and treatment-resistant subtypes lacking effective targeted therapies.
　　　　　　This study identifies MELK (maternal embryonic leucine zipper kinase) as a promising
　　　　　　therapeutic target in both TNBC and triple-negative IBC. Using high-throughput
　　　　　　screening, molecular profiling, and functional assays, we demonstrate MELK’s potential
　　　　　　for intervention. Preclinical validation of a novel MELK inhibitor supports its use in
　　　　　　developing more effective treatments for these challenging cancers.
